Unless otherwise noted, Just Ink and Toner will make best efforts to ship orders within 1-2 days of the receipt of a properly completed order, but this is only an estimate. Because of this estimate, we have a 15 business day waiting period before any product will be resent. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Title to any product and risk of loss passes from Just Ink and Toner to You upon shipment from the Company's facility.
